MEET REPORT : Ginninderra Qualifying Meet

We had 16 sharks compete at the winter short course carnival held at the AIS on Saturday and Sunday, 18 & 19 June including Alexis, Oliver, Patrick H, Brooke, Amanda, Jarrod, Jessica, Kurt, Ethan, Jake, Kiara, Nicholas, Ben, Jasmine, Mason and Yaroslav.  Well done to everyone that competed, we are very proud of all your achievements.  Some fantastic results included:

• Oliver achieved a 100% PB rate winning SILVER with a 1.30 second PB in his 100m Breaststroke qualifying for NSW State Age Championships; a 0.56 second PB in his 50m Freestyle; a 2.52 second PB in his 200m Individual Medley; a 2.32 second PB in his 100m Freestyle; a 1.70 second PB in his 50m Breaststroke and a 5.38 second PB n his 200m Freestyle.
• Patrick H achieved a 100% PB rate with a 0.76 second PB in his 50m Freestyle qualifying for NSW Country SC Championships; a HUGE 10.44 second PB in his 200m Individual Medley; a 1.52 second PB in his 50m Butterfly qualifying for NSW Country SC Championships; a 1.69 second PB in his 100m Butterfly qualifying for NSW Country SC Championships; a 2.12 second PB in his 100m Freestyle; a 2.82 second PB in his 100m Individual Medley; and a 2.61 second PB in his 200m Freestyle.
• Brooke achieved a 6.81 second PB in her 400m Freestyle; a 0.11 second PB in her 50m Butterfly; a HUGE 14.09 second in her 400m Individual Medley; a 0.5 second PB in her 100m Butterfly; and a 0.53 second PB in her 100m Freestyle.
• Jarrod won SILVER with a 2.56 second PB in his 400m Individual Medley; placed 4th with a 1.36 second PB in his 200m Backstroke and placed 4th with a 0.77 second PB in his 200m Freestyle.
• Jessica achieved a 100% PB rate with a 2.66 second PB in her 100m Breaststroke; a 2.13 PB in her 200m Individual Medley qualifying for NSW State Age SC Championships; a HUGE 8.24 second PB in her 200m Backstroke qualifying for NSW State Age SC Championships; and a 3.43 second PB in her 200m Freestyle qualifying for NSW State Age SC Championships.
• Kurt achieved a 1.33 second PB in his 100m Freestyle qualifying for NSW Country SC Championships.
• Ethan won GOLD in his 100m Breaststroke; BRONZE in his 200m Breaststroke; 4th place in his 400m Individual Medley with a 1.58 second PB and a HUGE 5.89 second PB in his 200m Freestyle qualifying for NSW State Age SC Championships.
• Jake won GOLD with a 2.52 second PB in his 100m Breaststroke; achieved a 1.72 second PB in his 100m Freestyle; and won SILVER with a 2.99 second PB in his 100m Backstroke.
• Kiara achieved a HUGE 9.8 second PB in her 100m Breaststroke qualifying for NSW Country SC Championships; a 0.10 second PB in her 50m Freestyle; a 0.51 second PB in her 100m Butterfly; and a HUGE 7.65 second PB in her 200m Freestyle.
• Nicholas 6 PBs out of 7 events including a 1.43 second PB in his 50m Backstroke; a 3.69 second PB in his 100m Breaststroke qualifying for NSW Country SC Championships; a 0.27 second PB in his 50m Freestyle; a HUGE 18.60 second PB in his 200m Breaststroke; a 1.49 second PB in his 100m Backstroke qualifying for NSW Country SC Championships; and a 3.07 second PB in his 50m Breaststroke.
• Ben achieved a 0.68 second PB in his 50m Backstroke; a 0.83 second PB in his 50m Freestyle qualifying for the 2016 Hancock Prospecting Australian SC Swimming Championships; a 0.49 second PB in his 50m Butterfly; and a HUGE 15.71 second PB in his 100m Butterfly.
• Jasmine achieved a 0.62 second PB in her 50m Backstroke.
• Mason achieved a 1.37 second PB in his 50m Backstroke qualifying for NSW Country SC Championships; a 0.30 second PB in his 100m Breaststroke; won BRONZE with a 1.29 second PB in his 50m Freestyle qualifying for NSW State Age SC Championships; a 0.13 second PB in his 50m Butterfly; a 2.11 second PB placing 4th in his 100m Freestyle; and a 1.97 second PB in his 100m Individual Medley.
• Yaroslav won GOLD with a 4.55 second PB in his 100m Breaststroke; won GOLD with a 0.17 second PB in his 50m Freestyle; achieved a HUGE 13.57 second PB in his 200m Individual Medley; won SILVER with a 0.93 second PB in his 50m Butterfly; won BRONZE with a 5.74 second PB in his 100m Butterfly; won SILVER with a 2.62 second PB in his 100m Freestyle; won SILVER with a 3.02 second PB in his 100m Backstroke; and achieved a 3.80 second PB in his 200m Freestyle.
