2017 ACT WINTER DEVELOPMENT MEET #3

We had a great turn out at the Development Meet held on Sunday, 23 July 2017 including:- Jakayla, Tessa, Damian, Oliver, Quinn, Olivia G, Elsa, Jake N, Libby, Madeline, Benjamin, Natasha, Rebecca, Caitlin, Eric and Kevin.  Congratulations to all our Sharks and thank you Coach Beth for your coaching, support and encouragement throughout the meet.

  • JAKAYLA competed in 4 events including the Girls 11yo 50m Breaststroke, achieving 10th Place; Girls 11yo 50m Freestyle, achieving 13th Place with a 0.06 second PB; Girls 11yo 100m Individual Medley, achieving 9th Place; Girls 11yo 50m Backstroke, achieving 8th Place.
  • TESSA competed in 5 events including the Girls 12yrs & Over 100m Breaststroke, achieving 4th Place with a 2.08 second PB; Girls 12yrs & Over 100m Individual Medley, achieving 4th Place with a 4.61 second PB; Girls 12yo 100m Freestyle, achieving 3rd Place with a 1.48 second PB; Girls 12yrs 50m Butterfly, achieving 3rd Place with a 3.35 second PB; and Girls 12yrs 100m Backstroke, achieving 2nd Place.
  • DAMIAN competed in 5 events with a 100% PB rate, including the Boys 10yrs 50m Breaststroke, achieving 3rd Place with a 2.67 second PB; Boys 10yrs 50m Freestyle, achieving 4th Place with a 2.97 second PB; Boys 10yrs 100m Breaststroke, achieving 4th Place with a 4.54 second PB; Boys 10yrs 100m Individual Medley for the first time, achieving 9th Place; and Boys 10yrs 50m Backstroke, achieving 5th Place with a 0.84 second PB.
  • OLIVER competed in 2 events with a 100% PB rate, including the Boys 11yrs 50m Breaststroke, achieving 3rd Place with a 1.35 second PB; and Boys 11yrs 50m Freestyle, achieving 2nd Place with a 1.28 second PB.
  • QUINN competed in 2 events including the Boys 9yrs 50m Freestyle, achieving 6th Place with a 0.82 second PB; and Boys 9yrs 50m Backstroke, achieving 4th Place.
  • OLIVIA G competed in 4 events including the Girls 9yrs 50m Breaststroke, achieving 4th Place with a 2.70 second PB; Girls 9yrs 50m Freestyle for the first time, achieving 10th Place; Girls 9yrs 50m Backstroke for the first time, achieving 11th Place; and Girls 9yrs 25m Butterfly, achieving 4th Place.
  • ELSA competed in 5 events with a 100% PB rate, including the Girls 13&Over 100m Butterfly, achieving 5th Place with a HUGE 5.06 second PB; Girls 13&Over 50m Freestyle, achieving 5th Place with a 1.99 second PB; Girls 13&Over 50m Backstroke, achieving 12th Place with a 2.87 second PB; Girls 13&Over 100m Freestyle, achieving 8th Place with another HUGE 5.44 second PB; and Girls 13&Over 50m Butterfly, achieving 3rd Place with a 1.40 second PB.
  • JAKE N competed in 4 events with a 100% PB rate, including the Boys 13&Over 50m Freestyle, achieving 1st Place with a 0.96 second PB; Boys 13&Over 50m Backstroke, achieving 3rd Place with a 2.80 second PB; Boys 13&Over 50m Butterfly, achieving 2nd Place with a 1.28 second PB; and Boys 13&Over 100m Backstroke for the first time, achieving 1st Place.
  • LIBBY competed in 4 events including the Girls 9yrs 50m Breaststroke, achieving 6th Place with a 2.64 second PB; Girls 9yrs 200m Individual Medley, achieving 3rd Place with a HUGE 7.40 second PB; Girls 9yrs 50m Freestyle, achieving 6th Place; and Girls 9yrs 50m Backstroke, achieving 3rd Place with a 1.27 second PB.
  • MADELINE competed in 5 events including the Girls 13&Over 50m Breaststroke, achieving 7th Place with a 0.24 second PB; Girls 13&Over 50m Freestyle, achieving 8th Place with a 0.46 second PB; Girls 13&Over 50m Backstroke, achieving 6th Place; Girls 13&Over 100m Freestyle, achieving 7th Place with a 0.46 second PB; and Girls 13&Over 50m Butterfly, achieving 2nd Place with a 0.46 second PB.
  • BENJAMIN competed in 4 events including the Boys 13&Over 50m Breaststroke, achieving 8th Place, Boys 13&Over 100m Individual Medley, achieving 4th Place with a 3.32 second PB; Boys 13&Over 50m Backstroke, achieving 5th Place; and Boys 13&Over 100m Backstroke, achieving 2nd Place with a 0.50 second PB.
  • NATASHA competed in 4 events including the Girls 13&Over 50m Breaststroke, achieving 9th Place; Girls 13&Over 50m Freestyle, achieving 10th Place; Girls 13&Over 50m Backstroke, achieving 14th Place; and Girls 13&Over 50m Butterfly, achieving 7th Place.
  • REBECCA competed in 2 events including the Girls 10yrs 50m Breaststroke, achieving 12th Place with a 3.22 second PB; and Girls 10yrs 50m Freestyle, achieving 15th Place.
  • CAITLIN competed in 5 events with a 100% PB Rate, including the Girls 11yrs 50m Breaststroke, achieving 9th Place with a 2.66 second PB; Girls 11yrs 50m Freestyle, achieving 8th Place with a 2.47 second PB; Girls 11yrs 100m Individual Medley, achieving 6th Place with a 3.02 second PB; Girls 11yrs 50m Backstroke, achieving 4th Place with a 0.60 second PB; and Girls 11yrs 50m Butterfly, achieving 5th Place with a 0.29 second PB.
  • ERIC competed in 4 events with a 100% PB Rate, including the Boys 11yrs 100m Butterfly, achieving 1st Place with an ENORMOUS 10.18 second PB; Boys 11yrs 100m Individual Medley, achieving 1st Place with another HUGE 9.92 second PB; Boys 11yrs 50m Backstroke, achieving 3rd Place with a 0.12 second PB; Boys 11yrs 100m Backstroke, achieving 2nd Place with a 3.59 second PB.
  • KEVIN competed in 4 events including the Boys 8&Under 50m Breaststroke; Boys 8&Under 50m Freestyle, achieving 4th Place with a 1.05 second PB; Boys 8&Under 100m Individual Medley for the first time, achieving 1st Place; and Boys 8&Under 100m Freestyle for the first time, achieving 2nd Place.
