*updated with results* We are trialling moving our club meets to Saturday mornings, and our first Saturday meet will be our upcoming meet on Saturday 2 April! We will have access to the centre for dryland and stretching for those swimmers who are interested from 7.30am with warm-up in the water for all swimmers from 8am. We had a huge turn out for our February 2022 club night, held on the 25th of February. Despite a very wet afternoon and evening we had 86 swimmers in the pool. There were plenty of Woden Sharks competing and we also had friends from Burley Griffin, Telopea, Vikings, Canberra and Ginninderra. The February Club Night will be happening next Friday evening – 25 February 2022! This is our first club night for the year an again will be run long course. Times will be official (as long as we get enough volunteers and timekeepers) so for those looking for long course times this is a great opportunity. On Saturday the 18th of December we cracked out the BBQs for another Sharks Christmas celebration. After Saturday morning training, swimmers and families gathered to feast on pancakes and bacon and egg rolls. The hungry swimmersb and equally ravenous parents tried their best to get through all the food but were defeated by the clever over-catering of the Committee!
