It was great to see so many back in the water after our Covid lockdown break. We had a total of 54 swimmers in the water with a few guests from Canberra, Vikings and a handful of younger siblings, plus 48 Woden Sharks, some competing for the first time! *updated 25 November 2021 with entry list* Our November Club night will be held Friday 26 November. It’s our first event post 2021 lockdown, so come along for some friendly racing. With several other meets in June and July we’ve interrupted our regularly scheduled monthly club nights for a club afternoon – Sunday 25 July. Warm up starts at 2pm with racing from 2.30pm. We expect to be finished around 4pm depending on the number of entries. Events: 25m, 50m, 100m, 200m in each stroke and 100IM and 200IM. Thanks to everyone who came along to our May club night last Friday on a chilly evening. It was another big success and a good turnout. We had 31 swimmers from Woden, 11 from Burley Griffin, 2 from Telopea and 6 unregistered Sharks littlies having a go, a total of 49 in the water.
