We are an incorporate, non-profit organisation, affiliated with NSW Swimming and a member of ACT Swimming. The club is governed by club by-laws, managed by an elected Committee of Volunteers and staffed by licensed swim coaches.
All club swimmers, coaches and parents must abide by Swimming Australia’s Member Welfare Policy. This policy ensures anyone associated with swimming is treated with respect and dignity and protected from abuse. Anyone associated with the Woden Swim Club should familiarise themselves with the Swimming Australia Member Protection Policy.
All club swimmers, coaches and parents must also familiarise themselves with Swimming Australia Codes of Conduct which endorse the principles of fairness, respect, responsibility and safety.
