[notice]Attention Swimmers and Parents[/notice]
Thank you to all those families who have rectified their registration status with NSW Swimming. I truly appreciate your quick response.
We currently still have a number of members not registered. Could you please attend to this as soon as possible. I remind you that it is a legal requirement that all registered members of any swimming club in the ACT also be registered with NSW Swimming as we fall under their jurisdiction.
I would also like to remind you that under the terms and conditions of the Woden Valley Swim Club Inc, it is also mandatory for a parent/carer to be registered with NSW Swimming (as a non-swimmer) if the registered swimmer is under the age of eighteen (18). Only one (1) non-swimmer member is required per family.
If you currently do not have a non-swimmer registered, or are registering for the first time with NSW Swimming, please follow this link JOIN NOW. You will need to select New South Wales & ACT as the “State”; and then start typing Woden in the “Club” box which will bring up Woden Valley SC in the drop down menu. Once selected, then click “Next”. You will be taken to the “terms of membership”, which you will need to agree to in order to continue on. After clicking “Next” you will be taken to the page to register a “Non-swimmer” and/or “Swimmer”.
If you already have a NSW Registration membership but it has lapsed or you have not paid for the current registration period, you should have received an email from Swimming Australia with payment instructions. If you have not received these instructions, please contact me via email at this link: Lisa, Registrar.
For those members that have registered, you should have received a NSW Registration Card from me. If you are not in receipt of one, please check with your coach or email me and I will have a card made available.
