ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2017
NOTICES OF MOTION

Location: Tuggeranong Leisure Centre Crèche
Time: 7:00pm
Three (3) motions have been received by the Secretary which will be raised and discussed at the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held Friday, 26 May 2017, at the Tuggeranong Lakeside Leisure Crèche at 7:00pm. Note the following and please raise any concerns/thoughts on the night.
- A motion has been raised proposing some possible re-structuring to squad training with the aim of helping ease lane congestion and assist transitions at the Blue level. Discussion will also include a better spread of training options at the Silver level in order to potentially attract new swimmers.
- A motion has been raised to cancel all squad training sessions on public holidays.
- A motion has been raised to revise the Woden Valley Swim Club Constitution and Handbook within the next twelve (12) months in order to bring them up to date with current day policy and practice.
Each motion shall be deemed lost unless supported by not less than THREE QUARTERS majority of those present and entitled to vote.
