We had a great turnout on Friday night with 28 Sharks including Alexis, Amanda, Andy, Angela, Annabella, Ben, Elizabeth, Emily, Eric, Ethan, Hugh, Imogen, Jake, Jarrod, Jasmine, Jessica L, Jessica R, Katie S, Kiara, Kurt, Lilliana, Maddison, Nicholas, Olivia, Patrick C, Patrick D, Patrick H, and Yaroslav. Also, thank you Kevin and Ivan for competing on the night.
The night started with Coach Neill presenting Katie S with her Most Improved Bronze Squad Trophy that was awarded to her at last year’s Presentation Night.
We then had the introduction of Coach Steve Meredith who will be taking over from Coach Bill early next month. (More information about Coach Steve coming shortly).
Numerous Woden ribbons were then handed out to well-deserving recipients. Congratulations to Ivan, Emily, Angela, Lilliana and Elizabeth.
After many fantastic individual events, we then enjoyed the Relay which was won by the team made up of Ethan, Katie S, Jessica L, Jake and Patrick C, who all enjoyed some Chocolate Eggs as their prize. Well done!
Congratulations to Andy who receives this month’s Certificate of Achievement which is awarded to the person with the best participation skills for the month.
And finally, thank you to Chef Simon who slaved over the hot BBQ providing sausages for us all to enjoy.
